Project Description
Casagrand First City is set to be constructed in the IT hub of Chennai, at Perumbakkam. Casagrand is known for its premium apartments equipped with all facilities providing only the best for the customers.
Challenges Faced
The project boasts lake-view apartments and has a live stream running amidst its towers. Hence, we faced significant challenges in overcoming the high water table and the lateral seepage. Also, since the construction site is low-lying, there was substantial water stagnation even during light rains. We are performing Deep well dewatering at this site, and due to the level of water pressure, we are also using surface dewatering at this project to drain the water effectively.
